The Queen of the Silverback Jungle, Master Distiller Christine Riggleman’s own award winning single barrel bourbon!
This master distiller select bourbon is a single barrel release of Silverback's finest whiskey. It all started as an accident, with a leaky barrel that became the best whiskey Christine ever tasted- to an almost annual release.
The first reserve release in 2018, was the first whiskey to be named after a woman master distiller. That release went on to win best bourbon at the New Orleans Bourbon festival in 2019.

Master Distiller Lauren's maiden voyage -- this spirit was crafted with love and thought from recipe to fermentation and distillation, she charted the course for production of this incredible rum. You hold the first spirit crafted from start to finish by one of the country’s few female master distillers. Already an accomplished and award-winning whiskey distiller, Lauren wanted to enter the world of craft rum, a small-but-growing segment of craft distilling.
Silverback Rum is fermented from grade A blackstrap molasses, and is flavorful and distinct, meant to stand out in a cocktail or enjoyed neat.
Our rum shares much of the DNA of our whiskeys — Blue Ridge Mountain water, column distillation, choice yeast, and top-notch distillers.
